1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Domestic Canada: 2-7 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services depending on your location and selected shipping option.
4. Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some regions or countries. Please provide a physical address when possible.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any such charges. Nordic Form is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@nordicform.ca with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- We will work with you to replace or refund damaged items, subject to carrier claims processes.
